President Jay Fawcett , Lt. Col. USAF, (ret), served his country with distinction for 20 years. He is a veteran of the First Gulf War. Upon retiring, he became a Senior Policy Analyst for a local defense contractor. His findings have been published in industry periodicals.

Chief Operating Officer Sally Davis has experience in municipal finance, securities, banking, and nonprofit operations.

Vice President of Programs Elaine Iler comes to WSC with national skills including six years of experience with former United States Senator Max Cleland.
